YOGA- A GIFT FOR BODY AND SOUL

Body and soul together are considered to be the attainment of Nirvana. A true picture of peaceful mind could be traced in the early beliefs of our traditions. Still those teachings of yogs, asanas and pranayam are getting fuller attention and appreciation.

The number of people attending sessions on “How to loose weight is just increasing per day per hour. But the real answer lies in yoga. I have myself practiced yoga and believe me, it not only balances out the in and out take of the energies also it tones up our muscles and leaves the body to breathe freely. It’s a connection of Atma and Tann. I have heard it from a lot of people for weight loss over issues regarding avoiding junk. With such deeply felt asanas and other aerobic exercises you can change. One can have small portions of meals 5-6 times a day. Remember keeping yourself hungry is not the right start to shed inches. Workout and pranayam provides the best inflow of energy and mental and physical balance of the body.

Health is never secondary to us. Forms of exercises and yoga are being practiced internationally today. Asanas cut the stress and lets you connect with your mind and body, which can be best defined for good health.

diket regime- myth and reality

A great diet regime implies balanced intake of all the nutrients. This 'diet' or 'diet regime' however varies from person to person. Every person has different body structure and also different digestive and absorbing capacity, so likewise, it is obvious that a balanced diet would differ from person to person.

Escaping a visit to a dietitian and copying your friend's or acquaintance's diet schedule can be disastrous! Primarily because of the above mentioned reason and also because of the fact that each person might have the same reason to go on a diet (i don't think it is tough to guess it, yes it is because people want to loose weight) but they have different health.

More than diet, I think I would stress on physical activity. I have seen people around me (including myself), we just tend to take the easy way out. "Okay, fine, its not hard to skip a meal, I'd rather work!" is often the attitude, however, work here can be read as any activity that eats up your time. But this attitude is kinda wrong, in fact, very wrong! Skipping mean won't work. Rather we should go on a half hour walk and eat healthy food.

Doctors say that keeping yourself off your temptation isn't good. Gone are the days where you just had to diet when you had to diet. Today even doctors advice you eating that tempting hot chocolate fudge while you're on a diet. Surprised? Don't be because they make sure they cover it in other meals.

The crux remains that please do not copy anyone's diet regime or follow anyone's footsteps blindly without consulting a good dietitian, it can be disastrous!

Eating the right diet!!

A human body works on the intake of the right food and fibres to fight as an anti germ and anti oxidant agent. Eating right and not over eating, sleeping a sound sleep and deciding upon against which food your body reacts and what is healthy for you. It can be done to have a controlled weight loss. The purpose is to eat the required calories for the day than vigorously diet. Crash dieting has been on the rise due to the wrong eating habits developed by people.

I would narrate a very painful case by keeping it short. One of my cousin’s classmate was on a hard core crash diet and due to lack of energy in the body, she failed to stabilize and passed away. It is a true tragedy that shook everyone around. Today it’s not about an extra kilo you have put on; think may be you are better fed than those on the road. Eat right and understand your body and workout parallel for a healthy living.

A balanced diet would ensure the supply of vitamins, minerals, iron, protein and carbs to your body and add a charm to your face.

Relax! Take a breath! I am talking about our health and wellness. Health issue is a common concern shared by almost everyone today. No one is perfectly fit and naturally charged up to work without breaks. Today the lifestyle of the working people has tied them up with strings stretching them back from any physical activity. We have detached ourselves so much from physical exercise because of physical comforts. But its always come in true words that a healthy mind makes a healthy body.

How well and fit are we? We are just endlessly working for hours that we have now and.

not caring about those that will promise us a secure future. The reason being that due to heavy workload, we are unable to divide attention and time to other activities. It becomes difficult to channelize our energy as we have little time. We make our own destiny by our own thinking. So we really need to act well in order to make our state of living free of health related worries.

Some ignorant people will again move forward without realizing the importance but I would like to warn you again, think and act, because Health is Wealth.

Wellness And Beyond

Today the skinny era. Eat less, look slim and you're admired and envied by one and all, but here what is being ignored is health. Everyone is talking about "being fit" and "staying fit" in completely wrong terms.

My neighbor Richa is on a crash diet for a week. She isn't eating anything at all. I wonder how can she even survive!! Many others like her just give up eating in the name of "diet". If we ponder over the "diet" regime, it was named a diet because it balanced your diet according to the nutrition value required by your body. Today, its meaning has just changed, rather, it won't be wrong if I say that its meaning has completely changed. Now giving up everything in the name of "dieting" has become a trend.

Beyond that, this so called diet my give you a slim figure, and the social status of being "fit" but are you well? Wellness isn't just the way you look, it's a state of being! If you look slim and a 100 meter walk can tire you, then you aren't fit, or are you?

Phrasing this era as just the skinny era isn't enough. I would also like to go ahead and take the liberty of calling it the era of pretensions. Everyone is trying to be someone else, no-one is really acknowledging his/her own self for being what you are. I mean come on, everyone should be confident enough to say, what the heck if I'm fat, I'm at least healthier than the one's who just pretend to be fit!

Stay fine, and make all the efforts to be well, not just pretentiously fit.

Free Diet Programs

Everyone seems to be so much into dieting these days. I guess the era of "get fit" has vanished and and now is the time to "look / pretend / show-off" your phisique/figure!!
I saw my neighbor, who is a good looking girl and believe me, she's not "FAT" at all, spends all her (five-figure) salary going to a dietitian and gymming. I do not understand what's with this artificial get slim techniques. Why don't people now-a-days want to go natural? Well, no one listens to me that might be one reason I'm forced to blog. Someday, someone might just come across my blog and agree to my advice.
There are many Free Diet Techniques and programs, just that they're not named so. They might be called Yoga, Dance Class, Squash and anything that requires physical exercise.

What do this gym instructors do? Make you walk on a trademill and you pay!! Why can't you walk just as much in a park? Or is it that we have developed a mindset that until it costs a fortune, it "isn't worth it"?

There are so many fads around these days. But there one simple things that we miss out on.

1. Never skip a meal, eat nutritious three meals a day including fruits and vegetables too.
2. Avoid Junk as much as you can
3. Exercise, and by this I don't mean gymming. Get up to turn off the TV rather than remote controlling it always. Pour yourself a glass of water rather than asking someone for a favor.
4. Go for evening / morning walk
5. Limit your food according to your hunger, do not over eat

Save that money you pay to the dietician and gym for your new reduced-sized clothes!!
