Free Diet Programs
Everyone seems to be so much into dieting these days. I guess the era of "get fit" has vanished and and now is the time to "look / pretend / show-off" your phisique/figure!!
I saw my neighbor, who is a good looking girl and believe me, she's not "FAT" at all, spends all her (five-figure) salary going to a dietitian and gymming. I do not understand what's with this artificial get slim techniques. Why don't people now-a-days want to go natural? Well, no one listens to me that might be one reason I'm forced to blog. Someday, someone might just come across my blog and agree to my advice.
There are many Free Diet Techniques and programs, just that they're not named so. They might be called Yoga, Dance Class, Squash and anything that requires physical exercise.
What do this gym instructors do? Make you walk on a trademill and you pay!! Why can't you walk just as much in a park? Or is it that we have developed a mindset that until it costs a fortune, it "isn't worth it"?
There are so many fads around these days. But there one simple things that we miss out on.
1. Never skip a meal, eat nutritious three meals a day including fruits and vegetables too.
2. Avoid Junk as much as you can
3. Exercise, and by this I don't mean gymming. Get up to turn off the TV rather than remote controlling it always. Pour yourself a glass of water rather than asking someone for a favor.
4. Go for evening / morning walk
5. Limit your food according to your hunger, do not over eat
Save that money you pay to the dietician and gym for your new reduced-sized clothes!!
